1. That this AGM instructs the incoming National Executive to develop a national recruitment plan, developing posters, leaflets and online videos.

That this AGM recognise the work undertaken in the last 12 months by the outgoing National executive in often difficult circumstances and that those present undertake to redouble their efforts to ensure that the incoming executive is afforded appropriate resources and support to continue with their designates tasks in the coming year.

5. That the AGM instruct the incoming National Executive to hold at least one major commemoration per province to commemorate fallen hero’s from that province.

16. We commend the outgoing national executive for the work they have undertaken on our behalf and instruction over the
previous year.We recognise that the Sovereignty movement has demonstrated that it is a movement led by the membership, and not by an elite clique.

That all members of the 32 County Sovereignty Movement exercise caution and vigilance given a number of attacks in recent times aimed at our membership, that the 32 County Sovereignty Movement do not allow ourselves to be deflected from our work on the national issue and local issues by such MI5/Special Branch motivated attacks and threats.

18. We propose that the incoming National Executive take measures to further improve communication amongst our support base and cumainn throughout the nation regarding protests, commemorations and upcoming events. We suggest that someone be identified for this role and that our cumann could be of use to whoever would take such a role due to the fact that the prisoners in our cumann have the advantage of being from different parts of the country.

19. That this AGM recognises the EIRE NUA document as a possible framework for government on the achievement of the Republic.

That this AGM considers an appropriate political response and challenge to the recent resumption of a heavily politicised campaign of demonisation and misinformation directed against us and other republican separatist organisations by the constitutional nationalist media in the north , in particular the Irish News .

That this AGM recognises the importance of challenging the false and deliberately misleading agenda of those who support the current mechanisms of British occupation in Ireland , in particular the agenda which repeatedly claims Britain has no strategic interest in Ireland . As such our publicity department to pay particular attention to highlighting the very real , immediate and enduring strategic interest Britain has for remaining in occupation of our national territory .

That this AGM takes serious cognisance of the vigorous attempts by those promoting a British imperial agenda in the 26 county media to place British imperialism and militarist emblems on a par with and even superior to those of the national struggle . As such the importance of supporting the National 1916 commemoration in Dublin and its being fully supported with all available resources and personnel of this movement to be recognised as a priority of this national movement for the coming year . It is the first duty of this movement to defend the nation , and with that the political , cultural and historical integrity of the national struggle .

23. That this AGM recognise the right of the Irish people, or an organised and disciplined group acting on their behalf to bear arms in defence of Irish National Sovereignty.

24. All areas which have access to a University should set about organising Political Seminars with guest speakers from the National Executive to outline and promote the position of the 32CSM.

25. That this AGM instruct the incoming National Executive to formally launch a national campaign against the introduction of Student Fees. This campaign should utilise all areas of our organisation where a University is present.

32. That the 32CSM in cooperation with the National 1916 Commemoration Committee recognise the importance of commemorating and highlighting the up coming 90th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and beginning of the 1919-1921 campaign.

33. We ask the incoming executive to consider the merits of using the European Courts, whereby we can lodge and submit claims under EU legislation, regarding the conduct of Ireland and Britain, who are member states.

34. We also ask the incoming executive to consider a further addendum to the United Nation updating them on matters since our last submission, as it is important to keep our submission and addendum update, to prevent any response that we did not progress our submission.

35. That this AGM sends solidarity greetings to Civil Rights movements in IRAN and other parts of the world.

38. That this AGM applaud the efforts of the outgoing national executive ( with others) in ensuring that the concept of the Republican Unity Initiative became a reality in the form of the Irish Republican Forum for Unity. That the incoming National Executive continue to work within the forum and that they strive to ensure that it forms a strategy/policy direction and becomes more than a commemoration/protest body.

39. That the AGM instruct the National Executive to explore the possibility of a National Hunger Strike Commemoration in the Free State under the unity initiative.

40. That this AGM instructs the incoming National Executive to introduce procedures to counteract the hostile media who seek to discredit this movement.

41. That this AGM recommends the redesign of the Sovereign Nation newspaper.

42. That the incoming national executive divert as many resources as required into the publicity department and The Sovereign Nation so as to maximise their potential in the upcoming 12 months. That a realistic set of targets be set by the executive and that all areas act within the national framework when dealing with the issue of publicity. That this AGM recognise the work in this department of individual areas in light of a lack of a fully functioning national publicity department.

43. That the AGM commend the National Executive and in particular the Publicity Department for their work in the Last Year and that the highly successful Beir Bua Newsletters should be extended to every county in Ireland within a specific timeframe.

45. We propose that the incoming Nat. Ex. set up a working editorial board for our paper to meet on a regular basis to ensure the Sovereign Nation is circulated at more regular intervals. Our members who are at present imprisoned should be encouraged to contribute articles themselves and persuade members from their different areas to forward local news items to the PRO.

46. With due consideration for the size and support base of each cumann the incoming National Executive should set a Prisoners Levy to be raised bi monthly from each area. This levy should be no less than €50/£50 and no more than €200/£200.

47. That the A.G.M Instruct the incoming National Executive to set up regional Fundraising committees to ease the pressure on the IRPWA, at least one Main Fundraiser per province per year.

49. That This AGM in consultation with the IRPWA form an efficent strategy for fundraising and in particular to maximise sales of POW crafts nationally and internationally and to continually review the strategy depending on the necessity for funds.

50. That this AGM reiterates the 32 CSM's support for all republican separatist prisoners and their current plight , in particular the case of Michael Campbell . That this AGM do all in its power to ensure future IRPWA protests on his behalf are supported , publicised and attended to the maximum of our memberships capability .

51. That this AGM send solidarity greeting to members of the previous executive currently interned in Portlaoise Gaol.

52. That this AGM instruct the incoming national executive to ensure our members fully support the IRPWA in their campaign for the immediate release of Irish Republican Michael Campbell from his illegal detention in a Lithuanian prison.

53. That the incoming National Executive liase closely with the IRPWA to ensure a steady supply of Prison Crafts for sale as this is a vital area of fundraising.

54. We commend the work of the IRPWA, their work is an ever increasing resource upon which we ask that the movement
continues to work alongside. Our members and supporters are now being interned by the Irish Free State, working at the behest of those in Stormont and their Sovereign Parliament of Westminster.

55. We condemn the use of internment by remand of republicans, this is more so when Irish people are acting as puppets
whilst Westminster pulls the arms of the Irish state. The Derry 4 should be released immediately, and Ireland should cease being a puppet, and cut the strings to which they have attached to themselves.
